Survey videos and photos

If you ask for an online quote, you can send us short videos and photos of your rooms. These videos and photos are processed by AI service providers to produce an inventory: Anthropic for images, and OpenAI for audio transcription.

The raw videos are deleted after processing. Still frames and transcripts are kept on your customer file.

How we use your information
